Turkey Take Out

Feeds 8-10 people. $300. Everything comes fully cooked and prepared for you:

Turkey: brined and whole roasted
Stuffing: traditional with apple
Gravy: made in-house
Citrus cranberry sauce
Highlands house salad: mixed greens, avocado, cranberry, cured tomato, lemon dressing
Roasted root vegetables
Lemon mascarpone mashed potato
Dessert: pumpkin pie and/or black out chocolate torte (select two)

Thanksgiving Turkey Buffet - Sunday, October 8th

Chef Vikram and his team have planned a delicious Thanksgiving buffet. Buffet offerings include salad stations; antipasto station; traditional Thanksgiving fare including carved turkey, apple chorizo stuffing and pan gravy; savory dishes including pumpkin soup, chicken cacciatore, roast salmon, and fresh farmers market vegetables; a children's station including chicken fingers, mac and cheese and fries; delicious housemade desserts including tarts, pies and other various sweets.

The buffet will be served from 5:30-8:30 p.m. and reservations are required. $40/person, children aged 6-12 are $18, children 5 and under are free. Thanksgiving 3-Course Plated Dinner - Monday, October 9th

Prefer to have a nice sit down dinner at the Club? Join us on Monday, October 9th for a 3-course plated dinner. Chef Vikram and his team will be serving a three course meal consisting of winter spice parsnip soup, oven roasted turkey, stuffing, citrus cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, baby vegetables, as well as pumpkin pie with cinnamon chantilly.
