Prime Rib Sunday's 

Sunday's throughout September and October
Enjoy a 3-course plated prime rib dinner every Sunday night. Choice of beet salad or caesar salad, 10 oz slow roasted and hand carved prime rib, garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, as jus, followed by Chef's choice dessert.
$40/person and reservations are required (reservations@highlandsgolfclub.com).

Mushroom Festival 

Thursday, September 26th
Chef Vikram and his team will be preparing an amazing 5-course plated dinner paired with some terrific wines. Click here to view the Mushroom Fest Menu!

Highlands Seafood Boil

Friday, September 27th
Get your seafood fix at our Highlands Seafood Boil and enjoy delicious selections from the sea, including: Fresh Clams, Fresh Shell-On Prawns, Fresh Mussels, Lobster Tail (1/person), Grilled Locally Made Sausages, Skewered Steak Bites and seasonal accompaniments. With a delicious selection of Pies and Tarts to complete the evening, this is a tasty event you do not want to miss!

Thanksgiving Brunch - October 13th - Reservations starting at 10 am - $38/person
Freshly Baked Pumpkin Scones with Whipped Butter Croissants & Muffins, Breakfast Meat & Cheese Platters, Mixed Greens with Assorted Dressings & Condiments & Highlands Caesar Salad. With a Live Waffle & Chicken Station featuring House-Made Waffles, Buttermilk Soaked Fried Chicken and all the toppings. With delicious Thanksgiving brunch favourites like Eggs Benedict on Smoked Meat and Root Vegetable Hash, Bacon & Sausages, 24-hour Brined Turkey with Traditional Stuffing, Bourbon Cranberry Sauce, Gravy, Seasonal Vegetables and Herb Roasted Baby Potatoes. Finish your brunch off with a Fall-Inspired Dessert Table!

Thanksgiving Turkey Buffet Dinner - October 13th - Accepting Reservations between 5-7pm - $42/person
Roasted Pumpkin Salad with Honey Thyme Dressing, Quinoa with Nuts and Dry Fruits with Herb Dressing, Mixed Greens with Assorted Dressings and Condiments, Highlands Caesar Salad, Cheese & Meat Board. Delicious slow roasted Prime Rib, au jus, horseradish and grainy mustard served from our Carving Station. Must have mains: 24-hour Brined Turkey with Traditional Stuffing, Bourbon Cranberry Sauce, Gravy; Pan Seared Salmon with Caper Butter Sauce; Spinach and Cheese Cannelloni; and mouth-watering accompaniments: seasonal vegetables, and garlic mashed potatoes. Dive into your main course, Turkey Dinner, featuring 24-hour Herb Brined Turkey, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Traditional Stuffing, Seasonal Vegetables, Bourbon Cranberry Sauce and Gravy! Finish off the evening with a delectable Pumpkin Cheesecake!

Thanksgiving Turkey To Go

Leave the cooking to us!
Enjoy a 24-hour herb-brined turkey, traditional stuffing, housemade gravy, bourbon cranberry sauce, Highlands house salad, garlic mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, and housemade pumpkin pie! Additional add-ons available. 
Serves 8-10 people. $225 + 10% gratuity + GST.
Order deadline is October 8th. Pick-up is available on October 13th and 14th.

Friendly reminder - Highlands clubhouse dresscode is in effect for all clubhouse events. All members and their guests are required to dress tastefully. Clubhouse attire is consistent with required dress code for the golf course, with the following exceptions:
  • Denim pants may be worn in all areas of the clubhouse
  • Tasteful casual wear is acceptable. Any vulgar slogans or advertisements or large graphics are prohibited.
